William A. Broscious is a member of Kepley Broscious & Biggs, PLC. He represents business persons and enterprises in connection with a wide variety of business and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and financings relating thereto, equipment leasing, and general contracting. Mr. Broscious also has substantial experience in connection with insolvency related matters. In addition, he serves as general counsel to a number of clients engaged in industrial, financial services, retail, and other business activities and in that capacity is actively involved in corporate governance matters as well as day-to-day business and legal issues.
Mr. Broscious is a member of the Virginia State Bar, and in 2008 completed his second three-year term of service on the Third District Disciplinary Committee - Section III of the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Broscious received his B.A. degree in 1984 from Swarthmore College and his J.D. degree in 1987 from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
